ניתן להחזיר מוצר תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלתו, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.

תנאים להחזרה:

• המוצר חדש ולא נעשה בו שימוש

• מוחזר באריזתו המקורית

עלות משלוח החזרה תחול על הלקוח, אלא במקרה של מוצר פגום או שגוי.

החזר כספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך עד 7 ימי עסקים מקבלת המוצר ובדיקתו.

מוצרים בהתאמה אישית הכוללים הדפסת שם ו/או מספר לפי בקשת הלקוח אינם ניתנים לביטול או החזרה, אלא במקרה של פגם בייצור. האחריות לנכונות הפרטים חלה על הלקוח.

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused

• Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Custom printed products (name and/or number requested by the customer) cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted details.
